Description: Supralibros on the left cover: an oval (80x80 mm), tooled in blind and gold; in the central compartment appear the coats of arms of the Crown of the Kingdom of Poland and Lithuania under two crowns surrounded by a laurel wreath; on the right cover, the central rectangular panel is filled with an inscription tooled in blind and gold, including the date of binding: SIGISMVNDI AVGVSTI REGIS POLONIAE MONVMENTVM 1549.
