Description: Contemporary binding by the Augsburg "Head-over-heels binder" (EBDB w000959, Kyriss 78; active 1473-1501). Blind-tooled calf over square wooden boards including a scroll lettered "Maria Hilff". Single clasp (missing). Traces of manuscript title at head of upper cover. Rebacked, retaining most of original spine. Binding slightly rubbed with a few small wormholes.
