Description: Notes in Latin on upper endpaper and in margins, as well as quotation on title-page (in John Smith’s hand? i.e. the nephew of the founder of Christ’s Hospital School); another earlier hand writes in a smaller script, in Latin, Greek (for example on p. 10-11, with some Hebrew on p. 6). This is perhaps the hand that inscribes the title-page.
