Transcription: Below title: "Liber domus fratu(m) fontis salient(is) Mon(asterii) 1.5.39" [= Book of the brothern house of the monastery of Springborn.] At top of page: "Hu(n)c libr(um) lego ex testame[n]to ego D. Andreas de Heick Fribg. fr(at)rib(us) f(ontis) Salient(is) mo(nasterii) vt ore(n)t p(ro) me 1535." [= This book I bequaeth to the brothers of the monastery of Springborn, so that they pray for me].
