"Sum liber petri Blake aurifabri", repeated in secretary hand (perhaps the Peter Blake, goldsmith, examined about Babington and a jewel he pawned with him, in the trial of Mary Queen of Scots --Calendar of State Papers, Scotland: Volume 8, 1585-86.); also "deest", "3s", and copying of the imprint, in various hands.
