Description: Inscription on ):(2 recto, followed by a motto in Greek: "Lib[er?] Joh[ann]is Fosteri Cantabrig[iensis?] ..."; the name is repeated on the title-page, with a different motto or quotation. (There is a John Foster listed in Venn, matriculated sizar St John’s College, Cambridge, 1611, approximate dates 1593-1691. This is perhaps him.)
