Description: Supralibros on the left cover: an oval (78x78 mm), tooled in blind and gold; in the central compartment appear the coats of arms of the Crown of the Kingdom of Poland and Lithuania under two crowns surrounded by a laurel wreath; two angels' hads stamped in blind and gold under and above coats of arms; on the right cover, the central rectangular panel is filled with an inscription tooled in blind and gold, including the date of binding: SIGISMVNDI AVGVSTI REGIS POLONIAE MONVMENTVM 1547. Both covers are detached from the bookblock. The book was originally a sammelband, as indicated by Załuski on the title page (A-B).
